Tracy and Paul’s big day had finally arrived and my first stop was meeting Paul to shoot a bit of groom prep. Just up the corridor was Tracy and her bridal party all getting ready in the bridal suite. Both bride and groom were pretty calm, but it wasn’t long before the moment had come and the ceremony was under way!
The ceremony went smoothly and the newlyweds were grinning ear to ear. After a few canapes, lots of congratulations, and one or two glasses of wine we went straight into the group shots, swiftly followed by a stroll around the grounds of De Rougemont Manor for the couples photos. We were really lucky to have the amazing weather and light that we had and I’m so pleased with how the photos came out.
Next up was dinner, but not before the all important receiving line where Tracy and Paul greeted all of their guests before taking a seat. Just before speeches the DJ/Singer/wedding-entertainer-extraordinaire led everyone in a sing along. There were arms raised and swinging around, lots of singing and plenty of laughs! That was before the speeches had even started!
Just before cake cut and first dance we popped outside for one or two more pics just to make the most of the light that we had left, then it was party time!
Once the party was fully under way you couldn’t keep the guests of the dance floor! After a couple of night time shots I left everyone to it on the dance floor. It was a really great day with Tracy, Paul and their guests. I felt so welcome and had a really good time with them, big congrats to you both!!!
