They finally did it, they finally got married! After dreams of a destination wedding were put on hold, Laura and Paul decided to book a wedding date closer to home, and then another date, and then another date, and then another . . .
But none of that matters now, because here we are, with two very happy newlyweds!
My day started with Laura, calmly getting ready upstairs at Fennes, whilst just across the hall was Paul. . . scrambling to remember where his suit was. It wouldn’t be a wedding day without a little bit of drama!
Soon enough, Paul was suited and booted (just. . .), and Laura was in her dress and making her way downstairs to the ceremony room. You couldn’t have taken the smiles away from these guys, and I’m sure everyone else was beaming underneath their masks too.
After the “I do’s” we made our way outside for a few snaps, making the most of the amazing grounds at Fennes. There’s so much to work with, and the grounds look different with every season too. After some group shots and some time mingling with guests, we headed inside for dinner, and it was only then that I realised just how much I’ve missed wedding food!
We made the most of the building and grabbed another couple of snaps before heading back to the guests for the speeches, quickly followed by the first dance and cake cut.
I had a ball with these guys and their guests. They couldn’t have been happier and they made my job super easy. Thanks for having me and big congrats to both of you!
