The big day had finally arrived for Cheryl and Damien’s twilight wedding and I made my way to the Holiday Inn in Southend to find Cheryl getting ready. Her bridesmaids started to arrive and the room was soon buzzing with people. I left them to it for a bit and found Damien getting ready elsewhere in the hotel. Pretty soon the guests were arriving and taking their seats, Cheryl was in her dress and it was time to walk down the aisle!
It wasn’t long before we had a brand new husband and wife, beaming from ear to ear and laughing all day long. Because it was a bit of a later ceremony, we made our way outside pretty quickly to make the most of the little bit of light we had left, before heading back inside again for a few group shots.
The guests started to make their way to the tables but before dinner it was time for the speeches. Lots of laughter, lots of love and a few tears filled the room! Once dinner was finished we went straight into the cake cut and then into the first dance. The guests filled the dance floor pretty quickly and there was no stopping them once they’d started!
After a few more night time shots and lots and lots of dancing shots, I left the happy couple to it. I had a great day with these two and their guests. They were so much fun and so easy to work with. Big congrats guys!
