On the 8th of July I learned that I absolutely love Greek weddings! I had so much fun with Charlotte and Adonis on their big day with all of their guests. Hylands House in Chelmsford, Essex, is a beautiful venue with some amazing grounds, I can’t wait to go back to photograph the next wedding! The day began with Adonis and his groomsmen at his parents house, all getting ready and running through some traditional greek ceremonies. I hopped in the car and headed over to see Charlotte and the bridal party all getting ready and running through their own Greek traditions!
Soon we were heading to the church for the ceremony. It was a pretty spectacular Greek Orthodox Church just up the road. The happy couple were soon married and we headed off to Hylands House to celebrate!
We went straight into the couples photos before starting the group shots. Hylands House has so many amazing spots for photos, it was hard to fit them all in! Soon it was time for the wedding breakfast, but not before an amazing entrance and dance from the newlyweds! In between courses you could not keep everyone from dancing, it was a pretty special wedding breakfast! I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that by the time the first dance came around, everyone was already up and dancing and having an amazing time!
This was a really special day and I absolutely loved it. I can’t wait for my next Greek wedding! Big congrats guys.
