Chelsie and Kris’ big day was finally here and I left Essex behind me to go over to Kent where the happy couple were getting ready to tie the knot at the stunning Leeds Castle.
I found Chelsie and her bridal party getting ready at the Maidens Tower, and just across the hall in another room Kris was getting ready too. Everyone was pretty chilled out, no nerves in sight, and it was soon time to say the “I do’s”!
The ceremony was stunning and went without a hitch and the newlyweds were soon holding hands and walking back up the aisle. After a little bit of time with guests we went off for a little while to explore the amazing grounds of Leeds Castle. There is so much to work with there for your photos, we were so spoilt for choice. After grabbing a few snaps in a few different places, we headed back to the Maidens Tower to quickly run through the group shots before spending some more time with the guests.
It was soon time for dinner and speeches and the room was full of laughter and tears in equal measure. After a few more snaps on the other side of the castle, we headed back inside for the first dance….but not before an impromptu game of Mr and Mrs!
After a few more night time snaps, I left the happy couple with their guests to enjoy the evening. It was a real privilege to be part of Chelsie and Kris’ big day. I can’t thank them enough for trusting me with their wedding photography and letting me shoot at a dream venue!
