Apton Hall: Connie + Jay

It was back to sunny Apton Hall for Connie and Jay’s big day! The day started with Connie in the Dovecot where she was getting ready with her bridal party. The boys were soon arriving too and they headed over to the Granary where they started getting suited and booted.

We soon had a bride and groom ready to go, and the ceremony was under way! There was a bit of a laughter and a fair few tears too, but it wasn’t long before we had two newlyweds on our hands!

Our happy couple spent some time greeting their guests and mingling with everyone before we went for a walk around the amazing grounds at the venue for their photos. There’s so many little spots to use, and we really wanted to make the most of it all.

After chucking some confetti around, and one very handsy bridesmaid getting involved.. we made our way inside for dinner and speeches. The sun was just starting to dip after speeches, and it was the perfect time to head to the field over the back of the venue. We caught the perfect slice of golden hour for a few more photos.

We made our way back to the wedding party and opened the dance floor up with the cake cut and first dance. After a little while, I left these guys to it to dance the night away.

These guys and their guests were great fun, I had a great time shooting their wedding.
