Fennes: Mollie & Scott

It was finally time for Mollie and Scott’s big day! After plans for their big day in Jamaica were scuppered, and on their FOURTH wedding date…they settled for a wet and windy Braintree. But what a day it was!

My day began with Mollie and her bridal party getting ready at home. There was lots of laughs, lots of gifts, lots of love…and maybe a few tears. But it wasn’t long before Mollie was in her dress and we were on our way to Fennes!

When I arrived at Fennes I found Scott in the ceremony room, suited and booted and ready to go. Once the guests had taken their seats, it was time for the “I do’s”! It’s been a very different year for weddings, and having so few guests there, but I’ve absolutely loved it. The intimate feel to the ceremony has been amazing, and a real privilege to be there too. It’s been so special to see just how much it means to people to finally be able to get married and to their family and friends too.

The happy couple were soon walking back up the aisle, finally as husband and wife! The weather was not on our side, so we spent a few minutes inside before braving the weather and grabbing a few quick snaps outside. Luckily for us, Fennes has got so many amazing spots for photos whether you’re inside or outside, whether it’s sunny or chucking it down! After heading inside to warm up, we grabbed a few group shots and I left the happy couple and their families to celebrate.
