Ye Olde Plough House: Julie-May & Ben

I had a brilliant day with these two! It all began at Julie-May’s parents’ house in Romford. The bridal party were all chilling out/keeping the kids under control, Julie-May had her hair and make-up done, and I was in the garden making friends with Sasha the dog. It wasn’t long before everyone was ready and the dresses were on (not Sasha..), we hopped in the car and made our way to Saint Paul’s Church just around the corner.

At the church I found a slightly nervous groom standing at the front with his groomsmen. No time to be nervous though as it was time to get married! The ceremony was full of love and a few laughs too and we soon had two very happy newlyweds walking back up the aisle!

After a few hugs and ‘congratulations’ outside the church, we made our way to Ye Olde Plough House in Bulphan. We jumped straight into Ben and Julie-May’s photos, making the most of the stunning grounds at the Plough House. After a little break and some time with guests, we ran through the group shots. We were soon being called in for the wedding breakfast which was swiftly followed by the speeches.

As the evening guests started to arrive the sun was just starting to go down and we had an amazing sunset. We couldn’t let it go to waste so we hopped in my car and headed over the road to the open fields. These are some of my favourite shots of the day. The light was perfect and I’m so pleased we went over to the fields.

Once we were back and the evening guests had arrived, it was time for the cake cut and first dance. The dance floor was soon heaving with people, everyone was busting shapes and having an amazing night! I absolutely loved this wedding, big congrats to you both!
