ST. MARY’S CHURCH & THE LAWN: EMILY & NEAL
Emily and Neal’s big day had finally come round and I started the day at their home with Emily and her bridal party. There were one or two hiccups in the morning, one emergency drive to a local jewellers, but one super calm and composed bride-to-be throughout it all. Meanwhile, about 20 minutes down the road, the boys were all getting ready and trying to get a bunch of kids into suits…slightly more stressful.
The ceremony was soon under way at St. Marys Church in Prittlewell. The church is a wedding photographers dream, I absolutely loved it. The happy couple were soon newlyweds and they were grinning from ear to ear. After lots of congratulations, loads of confetti and a few group shots, we hung around the church for a little longer to get some more photos.
Once at The Lawn in Rochford, we went straight into the couples shots. The grounds at The Lawn are beautiful and there is so much to work with to get some great photos. Pretty soon we were jumping into the group shots before leaving the happy couple alone to spend some time with their guests.Soon we were heading in for dinner, swiftly followed by the speeches, which were filled with lots of laughter, love and one dodgy lap dance…
After a few photos out in the dark, it was time for the cake cut and first dance. I really loved being part of this day with these two amazing people. Thanks for making me feel so welcome and massive congrats to you both!
